THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“USER,” “YOU,” OR “YOUR”) AND BIG LITTLE COMFORTS LLC, THE COMPANY THAT OPERATES THE STEAMLINE SERVICE (“COMPANY,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”).

1. DEFINITIONS

Account The user account created to access the Service.

Content Any data, images, voice recordings, text, inventory records, recipes, meal plans, food photographs, receipts, and other materials uploaded or generated through the Service.

Household A shared workspace where multiple Users may collaborate on inventory, meal planning, and shopping lists.

Probabilistic Inventory Engine (“PIE”) The proprietary algorithmic system used by the Service to estimate and track food inventory using probabilistic modeling.

Subscription A paid tier of the Service providing enhanced features or usage limits.


2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

If you are between 16 and 18, you must have parental consent.

The Service is intended for personal household use only.

De-identified images or derived datasets may be used to improve machine learning systems, including after account deletion. Where reasonably possible, personally identifiable information is stripped or obscured before incorporation into training datasets.

You may request that new content from your Account not be incorporated into training datasets by contacting us at the email address set forth in Section 29. Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, we shall cease incorporating new images from your Account into training datasets within thirty (30) days. Withdrawal of consent does not require retraining or deletion of already-trained models. You acknowledge that images already incorporated into training datasets or embedded in trained model weights prior to your opt-out may be impracticable to remove and may continue to be used.
